Empower Network Member vs Empower Network Affiliate

By Russell Howe

Today we are going to give you the scoop on Empower Network. What are the advantages and disadvantages of becoming an affiliate of this company and, more importantly, is it suited to you as a potential home based business opportunity?

As you have probably already seen, there are countless success stories out there from people who have used the affiliate plan to build good incomes.
Russ Howe built an incredible income with empower network this year. Here's his story.

But don't be fooled, of course. Just like any home based business opportunity there are also people who fail. In fact, there are many of them. For every success story there are probably five people who thought they could do it and failed...

Before you complete the registration process you will be asked whether you would like to be an affiliate or a member. Take your time with this choice and decide what you are actually using the program for in the first place.

While the majority of online businesses automatically include your affiliate plan with your products this one works a little bit differently. You can either unlock the products alone or the entire package. Perhaps this is an attempt by the company to show others that they believe their product has worth on it's own.

If your overall goal is to use Empower's authority blogging tools to brand yourself in a particular niche or gain more recognition in search engines for your existing business or brand, you will probably be more suited to the standard membership as it will allow you to do just that.

The basic membership cost is $25 per month and there is a more expensive price for those looking to build this program as their own online business. Should you wish to become an affiliate you'll be asked for $45 per month to do so, which is why it is important to weigh up your options first.

Before you make any decisions you should take some time to decide what type of member you need to be. A potential saving of $20 per month for a part of the business you might not need will mount up over the course of a year or two. Likewise, an extra $20 per month for something you intend to earn thousands with is peanuts. So take your time with that decision.

Those who decide the affiliate package is better for their needs will notice that the higher price each month opens up a few extras. Most notably, of course, is the affiliate plan itself. You are able to net a $25 commission for every member you introduce to the company via your personal link.

Before you get carried away imagining large potential earnings, however, take a second to think why most affiliates fail. Sure, there are some who worked hard and established themselves as leaders but the majority of people dream big but never achieve big. If you are to avoid becoming another statistic you'll need to set out a quick business plan, set some goals and work at your affiliate business so that you can become established in your niche.

Otherwise, all the potential in the world isn't enough.

And there you have the main differences between being an Empower Network affiliate and a customer. We think now you are able to see the various differences and the reasons a wide variety of people use the program for completely different reasons other than just trying to make money online.
